Large turnout of Nigerians was seen across various polling units as they vote for their candidates of choice in the 2019 presidential and National Assembly elections in the country.
Nigerian celebrities too were not left out as most of them voted in different polling units across the states of the federation. So far the exercise took off peacefully and top music stars, oil mogul, Nollywood actors and more posted situation reports on their Instagram pages.
Amongst the stars that voted are: Billionaira, Femi Otedola and daughtder, Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola a.k.a DJ Cuppy, Emeka Rollas, Falana Folarinde a.k.a Falz (Falsthebahdguy), Omoni Oboli, Alex Ekubo, IK Osakioduwa, Yul Edochie, Ini Edo, Innocent Idibia a.k.a 2Baba, Ubi Franklin and mother, Ken Eric, Bryan Okwara, Toyin Abraham, Tiwatope Savage, Toke Makinwa, Cobhams Asuquo, Rita Dominic, Timi Dakola, Grace Oboba Edwin-Okon, Ayo Makun a.k.a AY, etc.
However, one common complaint was that neither officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) nor electoral materials were on ground as at 8 am when simultaneous accreditation and voting was schedules to start even when voters got to polling units as early as 6am this morning.
