Nigerian female musician Tiwa Savage posted a tweet on the Lagos building collapse at Ita-Faaji, in which she made it known that she visited some of the survivors of the Wednesday building collapse on Lagos Island, Lagos.
The singer via a tweet on Friday evening said she had visited the General hospital on Lagos Island, were some of the survivors were receiving treatment, after the terrible incident that threw the nation into mourning, with 12 young school children having their lives cut short in the collapse.
Savage revealed that the children she saw weren’t in a critical conditions as they were getting better, while hailing the hospital staffs for a job well done.
She wrote:
The one in Lagos island, it was heartbreaking but have to give it to the staff there. They are really working hard and the children I saw were not in critical condition. All were getting better
