A man has taken to social media to narrate his sister’s recent experience with one-chance robbers in Abuja.
The Twitter user, @le_sther, said that the robbers forced his sister to withdraw One Hundred Thousand Naira and also also transfer Five Hundred Thousand Naira to their account. See what he wrote below;
My sister entered one chance in Abuja,They slapped and beat her till she told them her atm pin
They withdrew 100k cash and Transferred 500k to themselves,She reported to her Gtbank the following day and later the Police.GTB reported to the receiving bank ECObankEcobank restricted the bank account with the money still in it.They told my sister she had to get a court order,they Identified the account owner,the police couldn’t catch the culprit and my sister paid another 100k to get a lawyer for the case,after about two months the court
Finally gave the order and the copy was made by the police
Now to get the money back and the bank is saying the money is no more in the account and the police are silent on the matter
