The National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, Edo state Secretariat will receive a total of two thousand two hundred and fifty corps members for the 2019 batch “B” stream 1.
In a statement made available to DAILY POST by Esan B. O on behalf of the state coordinator, Mr Adebayo Ojo said the ceremony will commence Thursday June 20, 2019 by 10:00am at the NYSC orientation camp, Okada Grammar School, Okada followed by registration of prospective corps members which will last for just two days from Tuesday 18th to 12 midnight on Wednesday, 19th June.
According to the statement, ‘The swearing in ceremony is expected to be presided over by the executive governor of the state, his excellency, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, who will declare the event opened while Chief Justice of Edo State, Justice Eseohe Ikponmwen will administer the oath on corps members.”
