The end to siege on the Kaduna-Abuja road by kidnappers may be far from over.
On Wednesday, a trending video showed some victims crying after abductors took away seven passengers.
The incident reportedly happened Tuesday evening.
The footage shows how the convoy of former Gombe governor, Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo arrived the scene just minutes after the armed men struck.
His security details stopped and sought to help the stranded commuters who could be heard saying the assailants had fled into the bush.
The incident happened same day three final year law students of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria were abducted on the same notorious expressway.
The names of the undergraduates are Fatima from Taraba, Maryam from Niger and Umar from Katsina States, respectively.
