On Monday, the supremacy battle took a new twist as the two groups occupied the street with matchets and other dangerous weapons, while also vandalising goods displayed for sale.
A resident of the area told our correspondent that members of the two groups sustained various degrees of injuries.
Our source added that “one of them is almost dead.”
Contacted, the Ogun State Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, confirmed the incident.
