Ghanaian act Fuse ODG retweeted a post from one of Ghanaian upcoming acts who called on DJ’s in Ghana to limit the number of Nigerian songs they play at shows.
In the original tweet that Fuse ODG retweeted , the poster wrote that; If you be Ghanaian DJ wey no play songs from underground acts, Abeg just limit your Naija content Cos if Nigerians has this opportunity we all know what’s gonna happen. Let’s sell Ghana music to these visitors properly.
After Fuse retweeted, some Nigerians were not pleased with the message in the content of the tweet and he saw the need to clarify why he actually retweeted the post.
Fuse ODG posted;
O my bro I never said that
I retweeted a very talented upcoming Ghanaian artist who wants more underground artists played on radio. I believe they deserve the airtime coz if we don’t support our people, who will.
Now let’s focus on conquering the ? 2geda ????
