Anambra state police commissioner has ordered that all police officers resuming for duty in the commands and district police offices across Anambra state must be tested for the Coronavirus, as well as sanitized.
This was conveyed in a press release by the state police spokesman, SP Haruna Mohammed, and made available to journalists.
He said, “In compliance with the directives of the Commissioner of Police , Anambra State Command, CP John B.Abang, the Command Medical Officer, CSP, Dr. Emelike and his staff are conducting temperature checks on officers and men at the State Command headquarters as precautionary measures against Coronavirus.
‘Hand sanitizers have been placed strategically for use by the officers.
Meanwhile, HODS and DPOS have been tasked to replicate same at their respective offices as well, Haruna said.
