The Kano State government has confirmed that 14 new cases of coronavirus disease were recorded in the state .
The State’s ministry of health made the confirmation in a tweet via their Twitter account on Tuesday, stating that one death was recorded in the state.
The tweet read “COVID-19 Update as at 11:58pm 21st April 2020.
14 New #COVID19 cases confirmed.
“Total confirmed cases in @KanostateNg are 73.
“1 #COVID19 death was recorded.
#StayAtHome to break the chain of #COVID19 transmission.”
