The Kwara State Government has discharged ten more COVID-19 patients who have tested negative twice for the virus.
The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor and Spokesman of the Technical Committee on COVID-19, Rafiu Ajakaye, disclosed this in a statement on Sunday in Ilorin.
According to Ajakaye, this brings to 71 the total number of discharged patients in the state.
He also said that the state had recorded four COVID-19 related deaths so far.
“The number of active cases is 75, and 71 patients have so far been discharged and four deaths recorded,” Ajakaye said in a statement.
Meanwhile, the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Nigeria is 15,682, according to NCDC.
