The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) said it has relocated its headquarters to Abuja.
The General Manager, Public Affairs, Mrs Henrietta Yakubu made this known in a statement on Tuesday, adding that the decision was in compliance with the Federal Ministry of Aviation’s directive that agencies in the sector relocate their headquarters to Abuja.
Yakubu said the new development was aimed at ensuring operational efficiency, while improving the quality of service delivery to our esteemed customers.
According to her, the Managing Director, Capt. Rabiu Yadudu, directors and other critical staff members of the Authority,had since relocated to the new FAAN headquarters.
DAILY POST recalls that due to similar circumstances, the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, NAMA, had on Sunday announced that it has relocated its corporate headquarters from Lagos to Abuja.
