A total of two hundred and thirteen, 213, new cases of COVID-19 infections have been recorded in Nigeria.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, announced the figure on Friday night in a tweet via its official Twitter account.
NCDC said Lagos and Plateau States recorded 51 cases each, while FCT followed with 29 cases.
Nigeria now has a total of 58,062 confirmed cases and 1,103 deaths.
