Rampaging youths in Lagos State on Thursdays discovered a warehouse where COVID-19 palliatives were hidden.
The COVID-19 palliatives, reportedly meant for residents of Festac-Okota but were withheld in the warehouse.
In a viral video, the angry youths are seen looting the warehouse and carting away food items such as rice, beans, yams, and other food items.
In the course of this, four people are said to have died from stampede as people struggled to gain entrance into the warehouse.
However, it remains uncertain who may have hidden the palliatives believed to have been released by the government to cushion the effect of COVID-19 on the people.
The warehouse was one of the many places set ablaze by Lagos youths following the escalation of the End SARS crisis.
