A video of DJ Switch testifying before the Sub-committee on International Human Rights of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development of the Canadian parliament, has been shared online.
LIB reported earlier that DJ Switch recounted the #EndSARS protesters’ experience in the hands of soldiers who stormed the protest ground in Lekki area of Lagos state.
DJ Switch who stated that the military opened fire on the protesters after creating a three-line formation, also debunked the Nigerian army’s claim of soldiers firing blank bullets into the air. She told the Canadian parliament that she counted not less than seven persons shot, adding that one of the soldiers threatened to shoot her.
