The executive vice chairman of Ikorodu Local Government Area, Lagos State, Hon. Princess Folashade Olabanji-Oba commends the electorates for coming out to vote and conduct themselves peacefully. Speaking to journalists shortly after voting, Princess Folashade Olabanji-Oba who is also the National Deputy Chairman, Association of Local Government Vice Chairmen of Nigeria, said she’s impressed at the turnout despite the recent crisis in the Country.”So far it’s a plus, most people came out to vote, one big right we have is our right to vote and we had that today peacefully” she said. According to her, there’s a better representation, promises made, kept and hopefully the people will vote because it’s a collaborating efforts.”We are family, rise better, ikorodu is a home for everybody, we are happy and receptful people and we expect bigger and greater times ahead as victory is sure”.
