President Muhammadu Buhari has consoled the government and people of Adamawa State over the passing of former Attorney General of Gongola State, who was also Galadima of Adamawa, Alhaji Aminu Murtala.
A statement to DAILY POST by Garba Shehu, his Spokesman, said the President joins all sympathizers, which include friends, professional associates, traditional and religious leaders, in commiserating with his family.
He urged more trust in God, and submission to His will.
Garba added that President Buhari believes the former Attorney General’s contribution to nation building will always be remembered.
Buhari noted among other things his effort in strengthening the legal institutions and community development, which he (Buhari) described as remarkable and exemplary.
The President prayed for the repose of Alhaji Aminu’s soul.
