The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN, has urged the Federal Government to address three major issues facing the country.
President of the PFN, Rev. Dr. Felix Omobude urged the Government to address the issues of insecurity, poverty and unemployment currently bedeviling the country.
Omobude made the call in his Christmas message to Nigerians.
He appealed to Nigerians not to lose hope amid the challenges facing the country.
Omobude assured that despite the challenges of economic downturn and insecurity facing the world, “God’s plan for Nigeria will prevail.”
“The Federal Government needs to do more in addressing the urgent challenges of insecurity, poverty and unemployment in Nigeria,” he said.
Omobude’s call is coming at a time bandits are unleashing mayhem on residents of the North.
Just recently, some students of Government Science Secondary School in Kankara, Katsina State were abducted by bandits.
After interventions, the students were, however, released without any casualty.
