Nigerian singer, Harrison Tare Okiri popularly known as Harrysong, has taken to social media to lament bitterly after being scammed.
According to the “Reggae Blues” crooner, he has been sending money and paying the house rent of a supposed single mother of two out of the goodness of his heart for two years.
He said he genuinely thought he was helping the person. However, he recently discovered that the single mum is actually a man who has been pretending to be an helpless woman.
He wrote on his Instagram story,
“I ‘ve been charting, sending money and paying the rent of a very ugly man for more than two years now. Thinking I was helping a poor single innocent mother of two kids. I just found out the true identity/true story of this man, oh my Lord, I am in pains.”
