In a sad and unfortunate report, a pregnant Pharmacist, simply identified as Hannatu, was allegedly killed by bandits who kidnapped her because she told them she couldn’t walk.
According to ex-Senator representing Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani who shared the report on Twitter, the deceased, a mother of two, was abducted alongside others in Zaria, Kaduna state, on Friday, August 27.
However, she met her tragic end after telling her abductors that she couldn’t walk anymore possibly because of her pregnancy.
Sharing a photo of Hannatu, Shehu Sani wrote,
“Hannatu, a pregnant mother of two and a pharmacist with the Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital. She was abducted along with others Last Friday in Zaria and killed by bandits when she told them she can’t walk. May Allah grant her Aljanna firdausi. Amin.”

In other news, Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari recently declared that the attack on the Nigerian Defence Academy facility by the infamous Bandits, will only buoy the country’s military action to totally eliminate insecurity in the country.
Buhari said the morale of our Armed Forces will not dampen as it is intended to, instead it will speed up their determination to make a decisive end to the criminality besetting the nation.
In a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, Wednesday, August 25, the president noted that the attack, which led to the loss of lives, came at a time that the military had put insurgents, bandits, kidnappers, and other types of criminals on the retreat.
