President Cyril Ramaphosa concludes his two-day working visit to Ghana on Sunday before travelling to Senegal for the last leg of his West Africa trip.
Ramaphosa signed memoranda of understanding in Ghana in the areas of transport, agriculture, women and children.
President Ramaphosa and his Ghanaian counterpart Nana Akufo-Addo signed some bilateral agreements after inaugurating the Bi-National Commission that would seek to strengthen the trade and bilateral relations between Ghana and South Africa.
The two Presidents went further to sign some bilateral agreements that have to do with the sectors of agriculture, transport, gender as well as migration.
President Ramaphosa said he was happy that Ghana has welcomed him for this two-day working visit, whereas other Western countries have banned travel to South Africa.
Two years ago to the day, we hosted an interactive business round table in this same hotel. It was a frank and robust engagement with the business community of Ghana and South Africa.
