Online subscription platform OnlyFans has gained a lot of traction online during the Covid-19 lockdown.
Many users took the opportunity to capitalize on it and they are now building businesses to sustain their newly gained rich life.
Mia Karina (20) from South America, who currently lives in Somerset, UK, told TheSun that she went from “broke” to baller by making £2.5 million (about R52 million) on OnlyFans in just one year and she revealed that she is now running a property empire and this is all thanks to str!pp!ng online.
Mia’s success on OnlyFans has allowed her to start a property portfolio, with two houses in northwest England that she rents out.
The Sun reports that together with her husband Marc, Mia owns multiple properties, including a $330 000 (about R5,2 million) holiday condo in Mexico that has three pools, a private gym and a 24-hour concierge.
Mia was working in hotels with her husband and she said they were barely making enough to get by. When a friend told Marc about OnlyFans, he suggested Mia give it a try.
“At first I thought it was like another social media channel, I really was very naive and then I taught myself step-by-step how I could make money,” Mia said.
Mia first joined OnlyFans in August 2019 – while travelling and living in Malta – and quickly saw her earnings skyrocket, now raking in £220 000 (about R4,6 million) a month.
