Chairman, Ministerial Expert Advisory Committee on COVID-19 and professor of Virology, Oyewale Tomori, has hailed the Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, SAN, urging leaders to emulate him on sustaining public institutions irrespective of political differences.
He also saluted the Governor for the expansion of the institution despite inheriting it from his predecessor in office.
He said this over the progress recorded at the University of Medical Sciences, Ondo, over the years.
The Professor spoke at the 2nd and 3rd combined convocation of UNIMED held at the Main Auditorium, UNIMED Odosida Campus, Ondo. Tomori was the Convocation Guest Lecturer.
“Arakunrin Akeredolu, I appreciate you for not destroying UNIMED. You inherited it from your predecessor and you have made it even better. Thank you,” he said.
