A man, Dr. Emmanuel Okeke, has sought to reconnect with one Mr. JB Arowosegbe, who was his Economics teacher at Lagos City college, Sabo Yaba, Lagos State.
In a notice made available to The PUNCH, Okeke, through his lawyer, Olukayode Olubando, revealed that the last time he saw Arowosegbe was sometime in 1977.
Olubando added that his client would want to reach out to him or members of his family if he has passed on.
