Music lovers and fans of singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, are anxiously expecting the 29-year-old singer’s show at the popular O2 Arena in London, United Kingdom. According to the singer, the show had already been sold out as of Thursday, March 3, 2022.
This is not the first time the singer would be performing at the 20,000-capacity events centre. He once had a sold-out concert at the same venue in 2019.
Meanwhile, many social media users are waiting to draw comparisons between the singer’s show to that of other A-list artistes, Wizkid and Burna Boy, at the same venue.
As a pointer to what is in stock for attendees, popular American actor, Morgan Freeman, voiced a commercial for the show. In the advert, Freeman said, “We rise by lifting others. This is part of his (Davido’s) legacy. Everything he does is for this purpose. This music is a way of not just inspiring people but lifting them. We rise by lifting others. Join Davido as he shuts down London 02 Arena.”
