The Deputy Defence Minister of Ukraine, Hanna Malyar, has said Ukrainian troops have prevented Russian forces from making progress.
She also added that Russia has issues with food and fuel supplies, as well as communication problems, according to Sky News.
These claims have, however, not been verified.
