The Governor of Anambra State, Charles Soludo has given veteran actor Bob-Manuel Udokwu a new appointment.
Udokwu has been appointed as a Special Assistant on Entertainment, leisure and tourism to the governor.
Co-ordinator of Celebrity Special Marshals of FRSC, Julie Chi-Nwaoha broke the news on her Facebook page.
She said: “On behalf of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Celebrity Special Marshaks in Nigeria, we congratulate you our own CSM Bob-Manuel Udokwu on your NEW appointment as the Special Adviser to the Anambra State Governor on Entertainment, leisure and Tourism.”
The 54-year-old thespian, who hails from Nkwelle-Ogidi, Idemmili North LGA of Anambra State, received the Lifetime Achievement award at the 10th Africa Movie Academy Awards in 2014.
Bob-Manuel was also the former Special Adviser on Entertainment to former Anambra Governor Peter Obi.
