The Supreme Court has fixed a date to hear a suit by President Muhammadu Buhari and the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami challenging Section 84 (12) of the Electoral Act.
The apex court said it will hear the suit on Thursday, May 19.
The parties in the case have since been served hearing notices, according to TheNation.
