In this episode of our news review show, we couldn’t help but talk about the beheading of Anambra lawmaker, Okechukwu Okoye.
The lawmaker and his aide, Cyril Chiegboka, were kidnapped last Sunday, along Aguluzigbo road, Anaocha Local Government Area of the state. He represented Aguata 2 Constituency in Anambra State.
The Anambra State governor, Charles Soludo, while condemning the act offered a reward of N10 million to anyone or group with valuable information that will lead to the immediate arrest of the perpetrators.
Away from the horror of the beheading, we turned the spotlight on the love story of Thankgod Ohaeri and Amarachi Nwokedi.
The visually-impaired duo got married on Saturday at St. Peter’s Catholic Church Nkwelle, Awka.
