Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, has arrived at the headquarters of the Peoples Democratic Party in Abuja.
Okowa arrived at the party’s secretariat for the vice presidential screening amidst speculations that he was the choice for the running mate of the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
The PUNCH reports that a source close to the party’s activities confirmed that the Governor was Abubakar’s choice.
According to a video published on various social media platforms, Okowa was welcomed to the party secretariat by party members saying “congratulations”.
