The Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly, Hamisu Chidari, on Sunday, commiserated with Ameen Yassar, the Director-General, Media and Communication to Governor Abdullahi Ganduje, over the loss of his mother, Aisha Nagode.
Chidari described the death of Aisha as a great loss to the Islamic world and Muslim Ummah, noting that she lived a fruitful life worthy of emulation, as she dedicated her entire lifetime to the worship of Allah, the Most Merciful.
Similarly, the Speaker extended his condolence to the Executive Governor on behalf of the Honourable Members of the House.
He prayed to the almighty Allah to grant her soul Jannatul Firdaus and the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
The Speaker’s Chief Press Secretary, Uba Abdullahi, conveyed the condolence message to the family members of the deceased in a press statement, made available to The PUNCH on Sunday.
