Nigerians on Wednesday came hard on controversial hip-hop artiste, Habeeb Okikiola, known better as Portable, following the singer’s endorsement of Governor Gboyega Oyetola ahead of the July 18 governorship election in Osun State.
While endorsing Oyetola’s reelection bid, the singer also asked Nigerians to vote for the party’s presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, during next year’s presidential election.
In a video he posted on his Instagram page on Wednesday, Portable urged his fans in Osun to vote for the governor, who was sitting beside him.
Speaking in Yoruba, Portable said, “4+4, Akoi Oyetola, my father is here.”
