The Serving Overseer of the Citadel Global Community Church, Pastor Tunde Bakare, will feature in a special programme, Atlanta 2022: Gathering of Sons and Daughters, from Friday (today) to Sunday.
Before now, the CGCC Diaspora Family Fellowship’s annual event, which was inaugurated by Bakare on October 10, 2020, had been held virtually.
However, this year’s edition themed, ‘Global Mission and Globalisation: Avenues for expressing the Dominion Mandate,’ will feature the physical gathering of the clergyman’s followers.
According to the spokesman of the programme’s organisers, Adebayo Adejuwon, an hour of praise will hold from 9am to 10am at the Continental Ballroom Salon A, Sonesta Hotel, in Atlanta, US on Friday.
This will be followed by ministrations at the same venue; one from 10am to 11am while the other holds from 3pm to 5pm.
The day will end with a group dinner at the Super Hibachi Buffet 1603 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth GA 30096.
On Saturday, a ministration will be held at the Sonesta Hotel from 9am to 12pm and the day will end with an outdoor picnic starting at 3.30pm at Shorty Howel Park Pavilion.
On Sunday, a church service will be held at Sonesta Hotel from 9am to 12pm followed by group lunch at 2pm.
The departure of participants will commence immediately after the group lunch.
