The Kings College Old Boys’ Association has said it will proffer solutions to the nation’s challenge through the forthcoming 113th anniversary of King’s College, Lagos.
Speaking at a press conference yesterday in Lagos, the Chairman, King’s Week 2022 – 113th Anniversary Committee, Mr Etigwe Uwa, stated that it decided to bring together stakeholders to brainstorm on what should be done to build a Nigeria everyone would be proud of.

He explained that the Kingsweek would begin with a jumaat service on Friday, September 23 and a Colloquium on Saturday, September 24, 2022.
The theme of the Kingsweek would be discussed by a high-profile delegation, led by former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo as Chairman, with the Director General of the World Trade Organisation, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, The Governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Rotimi Akeredolu, Former INEC Chairman, Prof. Attahiru Jega, and former NBA President, Mr Olisa Agbakoba, as guest speakers.
The Managing Director of Arise TV, Mrs Ijeoma Nwogwugwu, would moderate the session.
“Following the colloquium, the association will hold its Annual General Meeting on Sunday, September 25, 2022. This year’s AGM is not an election AGM; thus, no new officers would be elected.”
