In a related statement issued on same day, Chairman of APC National Coalition Group, Francis Shoga, disclosed that the proposed one-million-man march would harmonise all support groups for effective coordination ahead of the polls.
While assuring supporters of the party of adequate security and maximum fun, Shoga stated that the purpose of the march is to officially launch the presidential campaign of Tinubu and his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima.
The one-million-man march would serve as an avenue to highlight the verifiable leadership traits of Tinubu-Shettima ahead of the 2023 election.
He said, “It promises to be eventful, exciting avenue for exercising the body and connecting with people, while also discussing the way forward.
“The organising communities of the march are working tirelessly to ensure a successful event, where all support groups are expected to mobilize their members in numbers to witness the colourful and carnival-like procession.”
