The authorities of the University of Ilorin have dispelled the rumour of screening admission seekers in the university, saying that the post-UTME form for screening of candidates for admission has not been released by the university.
In a statement signed by the Director of Corporate Affairs of the University, Kunle Akogun, the management said that it was yet to take any decision on the 2022/2023 admission into the university.
It however advised all intending applicants for admission into the institution not to buy any form for post-UTME screening in the institution adding that they should disregard any online message being circulated on the admission.
The statement read, “This is to inform all admission applicants to the University of Ilorin that the institution is yet to take any decision on the 2022/2023 Post-UTME screening.
“They should, therefore, disregard a message currently flying around online platforms to the effect that the university has started the process for the sale of post-UTME screening registration form.
“This is the handiwork of scammers and admission seekers should disregard it,” the statement said.
