Garba in a post on his Twitter page on Tuesday morning, December 7, disclosed that he is married to a woman who is his first cousin from both his mother’s and father’s sides.
“So our Southern brothers were shocked when they knew Northerners marry their Cousins? Well here is my weird combination; My Dad and my Wife’s Dad are full brothers. My Mum and my Wife’s Mum are full Sisters. Both our Dads and Mums are Cousins. That makes us Cousin pro max”, his tweet read.

In other news, a Nigerian man, simply identified as Kris, has taken to social media to celebrate his wife after she bought food items for Christmas with money she saved up.
Taking to his Facebook page, he shared the photos of the items his wife bought, which included a bag of rice, groundnut oil, and crates of eggs, to name a few.
The husband, who is astonished by his wife’s thoughtfulness, said that she had been putting money aside since January and decided to use it to do their Christmas shopping early.
“I dey parlour dey watch tv, I hear keke sound for our domot, my mind think say them bring cement for my Landlord wey dey build house. Next thing I hear na my wife voice, calling me. People of God!! I went downstairs, na weytin this woman buy for Christmas be this,” he wrote on Facebook on Tuesday, December 6.
“She say na money she don dey contribute from her shop from January she use buy them. I’m in total shock…. Son of man wey don dey reason how this Christmas wan be. Oh God!! I nearly cry…. May God bless us all with wonderful women,” he added.
