Dear Aunty Temilolu,
Thank you for being a motivation to me! I took an oath of chastity at the altar when I was 13 and I will be 21 very soon. Sometime last month, I almost made a U-turn and then I saw your post. I decided to follow you and make you my mentor and I have renewed my oath. I’m proudly a virgin and final year student. I pray I meet my dream man and husband in record time. Thank you. I love you!

Dear Aunty Temilolu,
I must say you are filled with the spirit of God. You were sent by God indeed. There is no way we your children will fall when you are always online for us. The article I read now chased the devil out of my sight instantly. Thank you so much, ma’am! I want double of this grace upon your life. You are a lawyer with a difference; that’s what I want to be too and you are so beautiful. I love you with all my heart!

Dearest Aunty Temilolu,
I thought to tell you I would be signing out of school today a virgin. I want to say a very big thank you for everything that you have done for me. Thank you for being a blessing. Thank you for never giving up on sexual purity. It went a long way in helping me. I came out standing stronger and firmer to the glory of God. May God continue to be with you in Jesus name!

Dear Aunty Temilolu,
I’m just a 20-year-old lady in the fourth year in a tertiary institution. Almost all my friends have boyfriends; they have one person or the other calling them. I have never been in a relationship and I don’t intend to have one anytime soon because I know I still have a long way to go. I don’t have the time now, I want to focus on my academics, God and building my talents. However, everyone around me makes me feel like I’m doing the wrong thing. My friends have guys/men flocking around them like bees. It’s not as if guys don’t ask me out too, they do but I just don’t want any relationship yet. Some of my friends mock me, call me old school and tell me that if I only focus on going to church and reading my books alone, I will not get married early. They often give examples of people who started dating in university and later got married to their boyfriend. Right now, I am tired. In fact, I want to stop talking to them and keep to myself. Please what can I do? These girls make jest of me every time and make me feel like I have a problem. They even call me unprintable names, including a nerd!”
My darling, precious, glorious, dignified, world-famous and heavenly celebrated Nigerian sisters,
How can you be mocked for choosing to ‘carry God and your books on your head’ in the university? What are you there for if not to study hard? Sometimes, I marvel at the type of parents who raised some of these girls. I can’t count the number of women without a womb and whose lives are in total disarray, crying in church every day because their promiscuous friends pressured them into what they thought was the ideal life.
I can’t but shake my head in pity whenever I think about an average girl in today’s generation. No wonder, most of them are not interested in academics but they have a PhD in flirting and seduction. If your situation is like that of the lady above, please run away from them and possibly change your hostel if need be before they lead you to perdition.
My darling, there is absolutely nothing wrong with you. True, so many university sweethearts have been happily married and many more will be, but please don’t be pressured into adding romance to your academics. It may not work for you especially when your spirit is clearly not interested. Develop yourself academically, psychologically, spiritually and come and see if the world’s most honourable men won’t come after you. For all those being mocked for walking the path of righteousness, may your mockers turn you to their role model in Jesus name! Amen.
