The kingdoms are Gbaramatu, OgbeIjoh, Ogulagha, Isaba, Egbema, Warri and Diebiri kingdoms.
This was contained in a statement issued in Oporoza, headquarters of Gbaramatu Kingdom and signed by Hon. Kirifede Denyefa, the Local Organising chairman and Hon. Bethue Ayetan, the LOC secretary, copies of which were made available to journalists in Warri on Sunday.
According to the statement, the sports competition will see neighbouring towns and kingdoms slug it out among themselves to carry the coveted trophy.
It noted that this year’s tournament was approved by the President of Gbaramatu Youth Council, Comrade Shadrach Onitsha Ebikeme.
The statement further explained that aside from the football competition, other activities earmarked to spice up the festival include tug of war, draft competition and cooking competition which is meant for ladies only.
