Shipowners, others kick over new levy

Stakeholders operating in the nation’s maritime sector have rejected an overweight cargo surcharge newly introduced by a shipping firm, CMA CGM. The $250 surcharge (N115,175 using the CBN official rate ) was imposed on cargoes destined for Nigeria.
