Ayodele, known as ‘IWA, gave this assurance on Tuesday during a visit to the state Governor, Dapo Abiodun, in Abeokuta, the state’s capital.
The member of the All Progressives Congress vowed to be accessible and accountable while extending the benefits of democracy to his constituents.
“This is time for real. Our people have given us the mandate in March and this is time to bring meaningful development to Abeokuta South Constituency II through quality representation.”
He added that he will optimise his seat to propose bills, motions and deploy other legislative instruments to enhance the standard of his constituents and the state at large.
He promised to give his constituency the best representation while appreciating party loyalists and supporters.
“I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to all my supporters who supported me throughout my campaign, with your vote, your time, your resources, and your encouragement. I would not be here without your support, I am committed to upholding your interests and working tirelessly to make my constituency a better place for all of us.
“As your representative, I promise to be accessible, responsive, and accountable to you, and to work towards resolving challenges that our constituency faces,” he added.
