The lawmaker made this call in a personally signed statement released to the press in Ibadan while felicitating with Muslim faithful on this year’s Eid-el-Kabir.
He sent warm wishes to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Chief of Staff Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, and his constituents on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir.
He also appealed to Nigerians to rally behind the President and Chief of Staff, Gbajabiamila, in their efforts to fulfil the “Renewed Hope” agenda for the nation.
“I extend my congratulations to Mr President, the Vice President, the Chief of Staff, and our party leaders at both local and national levels on the auspicious occasion of Eid-el-Kabir 2023.
“I urge Muslims, particularly my constituents in Ibadan North Federal Constituency, to seize this opportunity to continue praying for the success of the current administration and to steadfastly support its endeavours.
“I also implore all of us to remain resolute in our unwavering support for the renewed hope agenda of the Tinubu administration, as our nation’s leader is dedicated to restoring our country to a path of sustainable development, peace, and progress,” Akinremi said.
He further assured his constituents that he would fulfil the promises made during his electoral campaign, emphasising his commitment to their welfare.
“We are here to serve you. Rest assured of our dedication to your interests. By the grace of God, we will not disappoint you,” the statement concluded.
