The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) recently exposed methods by which individuals falsify their 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) scores.
The examination body said that applicants and their alleged sponsors cheat Nigerians by claiming to have outstanding results or to have received the best score in the UTME by utilizing a certain piece of software.
Atung Gerald from Kaduna state, who claimed to have scored 380 in the UTME but hadn’t gotten the 2023 UTME application paperwork or taken the test, and Miss Ejikeme Joy Mmesoma, who claimed to have scored 362 were mentioned by JAMB.
