The video he posted on his Tiktok page shows these one-of-a-kind one-room apartments being simply lifted and transferred to various sites by crane.
The houses have gorgeous paint and clean roofs, and their look impresses observers.
The video revealed a fully-furnished living space with all the essentials inside the houses including a restroom and bathroom.
Oladele mentioned in the video that all one needs is a piece of land in any location of choice.
He wrote;
“Mobile house is now in Nigeria, you only need land.”
