In Lagos, the lucky beneficiaries, a man and a woman were given cheques of one million naira each after emerging winners at the national consumer millionaire promo.
Speaking at the cheque presentation event in Lagos, one of the winners, Folarin Tubosun, said that he decided to try to participate because he wanted to clear his doubt about the consumer millionaire promo.
He said, “After buying a pack of Pure Bliss for my children I decided to attempt the consumer millionaire promo but today I have won one million naira”
The second winner, Ayanboye Temitope Adepoju said she bought the biscuit and attempted to win airtime but luck shone on her and she won 1 million naira.
She said, “I wasn’t expecting to win 1 million naira, but as God will have it I was chosen out of many that won”
The Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority, represented by the Senior Legal Officer, Kemi Adebiyi, endorsed the promotion, assuring the public that it adheres to regulatory requirements.
She confirmed that selecting the winners was transparent and advised many more persons to key into it and try their luck.
Adebiyi commended OK Foods for introducing this reward scheme to acknowledge and appreciate consumers.
Susie Onwuka, the Head of the Lagos Office at the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, was also present at the cheque presentation, she lauded Ok Foods the producer of Pure Bliss for coming out with such a lofty initiative.
Also, addressing the gathering, the Brand Manager of Pure Bliss, Oluwabukola Yusuph, explained that over 300,000 participants will be rewarded with airtime, and to the 60 fortunate winners who will receive one million Naira each.
According to her, more winners will emerge in the coming weeks, saying that the brand will fulfil its promises of rewarding 60 winners with 1 million naira each within the stipulated period of time.
