You will recall that on Friday, Judy, who’s fondly referred to as “Ijele Odogwu” by her man, had gone online to lambaste those accusing him of moving on too quickly after the death of his first son.
Yul Edochie’s first son with his first wife, Kambilichukwu, tragically passed away in March 2023. The 16-year-old was said to have slumped and developed a seizure while playing football with his friends on Wednesday, March 29.
Following the tragic incident, Yul Edochie took a break from social media and work, only returning to social media two months later. He broke his silence with a touching tribute to his late son and has since resumed his regular activities.
However, some social media users were of the opinion that he moved on too quickly and have repeatedly criticized him.
Yesterday, Judy finally addressed his critics, stating that they have no right to dictate how he mourns his loss.
According to her, Yul sharing videos and photos online was his way of trying to make himself happy and appear strong. ICYMI, read here.
Touched by the support, Yul took to his Instagram page on Saturday afternoon to thank her for supporting him.
He shared the video on his page, and in his caption, prayed for God’s blessing for his beloved wife.
“You’re not called Ijele Odogwu for nothing. May the heavens reward and bless you, @judyaustin1. Thank you for the support,” >he wrote.
