The Redeemer’s College of Technology and Management has admitted 326 into various programmes approved by the National Board for Technical Education.
The Polytechnic also restated its unflinching commitment to raise “champions” who would contribute to national economic development.
The Rector, RECTEM, Dr Stella Mofunaya, said this while giving an address at the fifth matriculation in Mowe, Ogun State.
She said, “This occasion of the fifth matriculation is important to us all as it marks the official enrolment of the matriculating freshmen into the College academic programme and is in line with the criteria of NBTE.”
Mofunaya advised the new students to maintain the high moral and academic standards the private polytechnic was known for, adding that the management of the institution would not hesitate to discipline erring students.
She said, “This College has zero tolerance for cultism and any form of hooliganism, corrupt practices, and other vices. You are therefore advised not to take laws into your hands. Any violation of rules and regulations will not go unpunished.
“The College will not award its Diploma certificate to students who are found wanting in character and learning.”
