In recognition of their outstanding performances, six officers of the Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency in Sagamu, Ogere, and the whole of Remoland, have been honoured with the prestigious Life Reward Awards.
Speaking during the award event held at the Right Lifestyle Auditorium in Sagamu, the Akarigbo of Remoland, Oba Babatunde Ajayi, according to a statement on Friday, described all the awardees as good ambassadors of the state.
The monarch, who was represented by the Asoju Akarigbo, Chief Abiodun Osesanwo, also commended the TRACE officers for their maintenance of sanity on the highways.
He added, “The reward of any good ambassadors of Ogun State should not only be in heaven but here on earth. I want to appreciate our security officials, the police, Amotekun, TRACE, and others for their roles in bringing peace to Remoland.”
Earlier, the organiser of the event, Apostle Isaac Adegbola, said the award ceremony was organised for the uniform personnel in Remoland in a bid to encourage them to do more for their communities.
