With the forward reported to be leaning towards sticking with Tottenham, Kane must now make a choice. The all-time leading scorer for Spurs will cost the German champions more than their previous transfer record.
Kane, who is out of contract next summer, wanted his future resolved before Tottenham’s season-opening Premier League game at Brentford on Sunday, August 13.
Although Kane had a whooping 30 Premier League goal season, it was a disappointing season with Spurs finishing eighth and missing out on European football. They haven’t won a trophy since 2008.
Kane is set to play under Bayern boss Thomas Tuchel, with Spurs chairman Daniel Levy willing to sell the striker.
Kane is Tottenham’s all-time leading scorer with 280 goals in 435 games and is 48 goals away from breaking Alan Shearer’s Premier League record.
There are also reports that he might leave Tottenham to join Bayern Munich.
