A children TV talent hunt reality programme, the Kellogg’s Kids Show, has honoured an actress, Annie Idibia, for her promotion of family unity, values and children rights.
In a statement sent to Sunday Scoop and signed by the show’s media officer, Isaac Daniel, Idibia was lauded for maintaining a united household. She was also announced as the Face of KKS, in addition to being a judge on the show.
Daniel added that the show was targeted at curbing the increasing rate of social vices and crime among children and youths in the country. The assistant producer of the show and project manager of Development Standards Technologies Limited, Emmanuel Egbule, stated that his firm and its partners initiated KKS to checkmate the menace against the ‘leaders of tomorrow’.
He said, “We cannot fold our arms and wait on the government alone to fight this huge challenge facing our nation. We (Nigerians) have to partake in working for a crime-free nation, which is good for all of us. This is why we are putting up this novel programme with our lead partner, Worship Fame Entertainment Hub.”
Aside from Annie Idibia, other judges on the show are broadcaster, Emadomi Wilson, aka Ratata; actress, Omotunde David, aka Lolo1; while it will be hosted by a broadcaster, Onyinyechi Ekumankama.
