Former US President Donald Trump on Thursday became the first former US leader in history to have his mugshot taken.
He was briefly arrested and taken to the Fulton County Jail on charges bordering on his attempts to overturn Georgia’s 2020 election results. It is the fourth time criminal charges have been brought against the Republican this year.
At the Fulton County Jail, he was subjected to some of the routines of criminal defendant intake including having his photo taken which has now turned into a historic piece.
